memorial day traditionally marks the start of summer [ labor day marks the end ] this years mem day is looking hazy for the tri-state & jersey shore.. i'll be heading down to my house on long beach island to have some laughs with a house full of friends and family. fingers crossed that we do not get rain! but if the sun decides not to come out, this should brighten your day....see ya tuesday!

this week is "fleet week" [ we should all say thank you to those in uniform ] its going on now until may 27th so head to NYC to check it out. i went a few years ago when my brother was in the navy. not only is the intrepid amazing and huge! but the boys in white serve as great [ no cal ] eye candy!
in honor of fleet week and those strong men & woman who bust their butts so we can have freedom & fanatic lives. in remembrance of their hard work & dedication... plus these pieces will look great in the beach house setting.
